Sand Control Perforator
Special perforator is applicable to different operational
requirements respectively, which includes shot rod, jet cutter,
sealing charge, jet puncher, HEPF perforator, and propellant sand
control perforator etc.
Sealing charge has stable and appropriate penetration that only
penetrates through casing without damaging the annular. With
reasonable hole distribution and high efficient sealing, it is
suitable to workover and sealing.
A string shot is shooting a detonating cord on E-line in a section
of the pipe to “rattle” the pipe to remove scale, free stuck
equipment, or can be used with other operations in pipe back-off
techniques. Puncher charges provide several solutions for casing
and tubing punch operations. Puncher charges are designed to
generate holes in the casing or tubing to establish pressure
equalization or circulation between the annulus and the tubing.
Jet cutter is a kind of special stuck released perforator designed
for freeing the stuck drilling tool and dealing with tubing damage,
which has features of small cutter, being easily retrieved and
operated.
Sand control perforator is applicable to sand production oil and
gas well, which has dual function of perforating and sand control.
It can complete perforating and at the same time fill sand control
material of high permeability into perforating tunnel at one run,
realizing the goal of sand control in oil and gas well. Compound
sand control perforating has no remnant in the well and no effect
on the following operation. With good result of sand control and
long validity of sand control, it can greatly save sand control
operating time of oil and gas well perforation and reduce operation
cost.
Applicable to damaged casing well of small drift diameter, shaped
injector is a kind of perforator that can remedy damaged casing
well without destructing the sidewall.
