Introduction:
The drilling fluid manifold is composed of mud gate valve, high
pressure union, tee, elbow, pressure gauge, short joint, etc.
The ground valve group adopts the goose shape tee structure, has
the structure compact, the fluid resistance is small, can give full
play to the power characteristic.
The valve assembly of drilling floor adopts reducing spool, which
can realize the direct use of single pipe and facilitate field use.
The high pressure union is made of high strength alloy steel and
heat treated.The structure can realize fast loading and unloading
operation.Forged by a special die, sealed by the precision
machining of the sphere, cone with the sealing ring.
The gate and seat of mud gate valve are sprayed and welded with
cemented carbide, which has the characteristics of erosion
resistance and corrosion resistance, greatly improving the service
life of the valve, and has the characteristics of small operating
torque and light opening.
The elbow, reducer, tee and spool of the manifold are cast or
forged by high-strength alloy steel, the pipe wall is thickened
appropriately, and the requirements of strength and corrosion
resistance are fully met by good heat treatment.
Spare parts with high precision requirements are processed by
special processes to ensure the quality of manufacturing;The
high-pressure parts are tested for hydrostatic strength and sealing
before being assembled to ensure the quality of the factory.
