Drop in Check Valve Drill String Inside BOP Valve, 35~105 MPa

Drop-in check valve is a drill string inside BOP valve. It also can be used for block off drill pipe on all kinds of offshore drilling floating equipment. Only after blocking off borehole and the annular space outside the drill string, it can complete the task to prevent blowout accident. As long as high pressure flow in the bore of drilling string is blocked, the well blowout, which occurred between the borehole and the annular space outside the drilling string, would be easy to control.

It has a landing sub, which connects to the desired position of drill string then put into the well, help check valve into place. Drop-in check valve is a kind of single flow check valve, stored on the platform. When found blowout omen, drop it into drill pipe bore, it can be into place on the land sub automatically for just one time. When meeting high pressure downhole, the check valve could cut off the upward high pressure flow jet in the drill string.
