Downhole Drilling Tools - API Y341 series packer for oil field

Introduction:

Y341 series acid pressure packer has the advantages of simple setting, high sealing pressure, etc.The packer is suitable for fracturing, acidizing, water plugging and other processes of casing Wells above 5". It is specially designed for the layered construction of high pressure difference, and can achieve the completion of 2 ~ 4 layers of construction operations in a single string.

1. Application

Y341 packer is used for water injection by layer, high pressure injection, acidification, plugging and so on.

2. Characteristics

1) When some are used together, give one pressure to seal them and meet the requirement of water injection by layer, formation and gas testing.

2) Double balanced cylinder design is adopted to increase the capacity of bearing upper and lower differential pressure. Can resolve the problems of not easy to seal when bearing upper differential pressure and can not unseal when bearing lower one.
